YKASL AGM Set for May 9th at 7:30 PM

The Yellowknife Adult Soccer League has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 9th at 7:30 PM. This event invites YKASL members to review past performance, discuss future plans, and appoint board of directors for the upcoming year.

  2. Adoption of agenda
  3. Approval of minutes of previous AGM 2023 
  4. Business arising from previous minutes
  5. President's report (Indoor season and Outdoor season)
  6. Financial report and approval of financial statements 2023-2024
  7. Amendments to YKASL Rules and Regulations or By-Laws (must be sent 10 days before the AGM to be considered)
  8. New Business (Referee shortage and impact of next indoor season, referee clinic by end of September)
  9. Election of Directors
     • Nominations and voting on all new positions can be found in bylaws
